Packaging for International Transit
Liquid oil shipments carry specific handling risks: leakage, UV exposure, and temperature variation are the primary concerns over long-distance freight. Our packaging protocols address all three. Bottled products (100ml, 250ml, 500ml HDPE or amber glass) are heat-sealed, capped with tamper-evident closures, and packed in double-walled corrugated cartons with internal dividers. Cases are stretch-wrapped and palletized for full pallet shipments.
Bulk drum shipments use UN-rated 25-litre and 200-litre HDPE drums with gasketed lids, meeting international transport safety requirements for food-grade oils. Drums are palletized on EUR-standard pallets, wrapped with heavy-gauge stretch film, and marked with batch number, product name, INCI name, net weight, and handling instructions. IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) shipments of 500 to 1000 litres are available for high-volume buyers and are shipped in composite IBCs on standard pallets.
All shipments include full insurance coverage for the declared goods value. We can provide shipment tracking information and pre-alert documentation (invoice, packing list, COA, health certificate) 24 to 48 hours before loading, enabling your customs broker or warehouse to prepare for receipt before the goods arrive.

Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. For private label orders, we can prepare FBA-compliant packaging including FNSKU labels, suffocation warning labels, and case configurations matching Amazon FBA carton requirements. We ship directly to Amazon fulfilment centres in USA, UK, EU, and Canada. Advance coordination is required for FNSKU application and shipment plan creation in your Seller Central account.
What Incoterm do most of your buyers use?
DAP (Delivered At Place) is the most common choice for buyers receiving goods at their own warehouse, particularly in the UK and EU. This places the shipping and customs clearance costs on us, simplifying the buyer logistics process. FOB (Mersin Port) is preferred by buyers with their own freight forwarder or consolidating multiple suppliers. EXW is available for buyers with Turkish logistics operations.
Is shipment insurance included?
Yes, all shipments dispatched by us include cargo insurance for the declared goods value. Claims in the event of loss or damage in transit are handled through our carrier insurance process. For high-value shipments (above USD 10,000 declared value), additional insurance coverage is recommended and can be arranged on request.
