Qualified organic black seed oil lots are available from our certified Turkish operation. Organic status is confirmed per lot with applicable certificate, lot records, and shipment documentation.

Batch COA may include thymoquinone (TQ%), fatty-acid profile, acidity, peroxide value, and other quality parameters where applicable.

Thymoquinone (TQ) is batch-specific and documented on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the lot being offered. Buyers should review the COA rather than rely on a generic marketing range. For a practical procurement view, see our TQ buyer guide.

We use cold-pressing only — no heat treatment, no solvents, no refining. Seeds are cleaned, dried, and pressed at temperatures below 40°C to preserve volatile compounds, essential fatty acids, and bioactive thymoquinone content. We do not offer solvent-extracted or heat-refined variants.

We hold three key regulatory credentials: USDA NOP Certified Organic Handler (certified by ETKO, NOP Operation ID 9962925001, scope: Handling), FDA Facility Registration #14244282908 for our Hatay, Turkey producing facility, and Turkish Organic Agriculture certification TR-OT-04-İ-2925 (ETKO). A Phytosanitary Certificate from the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture accompanies shipments where required, and Novel Food documentation support is available for EU food buyers. We do not currently hold Kosher certification. If your specification requires Kosher-certified black seed oil, please contact us — we can discuss batch availability and third-party certification options for specific order volumes. Halal-oriented documentation for our standard offering is available on request; the oil is cold-pressed plant oil with no animal-derived inputs or solvents, which suits most Muslim dietary law requirements. For Jewish dietary law (Kosher) compliance, a separate certification path is required and we welcome inquiries.

Our bulk programs usually start from 10 liters. For bottled private label orders, private label bottled oil is available. Exact program details depend on packaging format, destination market, and oil grade; contact us for a tailored quote.

Yes. We operate three volume tiers: Standard (25–199 kg), Commercial (200–999 kg, ~8–15% volume discount), and Industrial (1,000+ kg, negotiated contract pricing). All base prices are quoted EXW Hatay, Turkey. CIF or DAP pricing is available on request and depends on freight mode and destination port.

We currently export to 30+ countries. Primary markets include the United States (served directly via our Norcross, Georgia warehouse), United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, Australia, and GCC countries. We support EXW (Ex Works — Hatay), FOB (Free On Board — Turkish port), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and DAP (Delivered At Place — buyer's warehouse). The preferred Incoterm depends on order volume and whether you have your own freight forwarder. We can recommend vetted logistics partners if needed.

Transit times from Turkey — EU/UK road freight, USA/Canada air freight, and USA sea freight — are confirmed with your quote, based on destination, shipment size, and carrier schedules. All lead times are measured from dispatch, not order placement date.

Our private label service covers oil filling, bottle selection (100 ml, 8 oz, and 16 oz), label application (your artwork or our design service), and secondary packaging. Private label bottled oil is available. We support documentation for EU food and U.S. import workflows, and a pre-production approval step is included before the full run.

Private label production lead time is confirmed at quote after artwork approval and deposit confirmation — it depends on bottle format, label printing, and order volume. Rush options for existing label designs and custom packaging formats are quoted case by case.

Standard shipment documentation includes: Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with TQ, acidity, peroxide value, and microbiological results; Certificate of Origin (COO) from the Turkish Chamber of Commerce; Phytosanitary Certificate; Health Certificate; commercial invoice; packing list; and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Novel Food confirmation letters, halal certificates, and additional customs documentation are available on request.

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and Letter of Credit (L/C). For first-time orders we require a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. Established wholesale accounts may qualify for Net 30 terms. Contact us to discuss terms for your order volume.
