What is oil of oregano?
Oregano essential oil is a concentrated steam-distilled extract of oregano (Origanum vulgare or Origanum onites, the Turkish oregano) — far too strong to be used at full strength. “Oil of oregano” is the diluted, ready-to-use format: the essential oil blended into a food-grade carrier oil at a defined ratio. This is the format consumers buy in 30 ml dropper bottles and the format most supplement brands put their label on.
Our blends start from oregano essential oil verified at 65% carvacrol or higher on the lot COA. The dilution ratio is prepared to your specification and documented per batch, so the finished product matches your label and your market’s requirements — without health claims we can’t stand behind.
Two carrier options
The carrier defines the product’s positioning. Both options are food-grade and documented on the batch paperwork.
Signature blend
Black Seed Oil Carrier
Oregano essential oil diluted in our own cold-pressed black seed oil — carvacrol from oregano and thymoquinone from Nigella sativa in a single liquid. The liquid counterpart of our oregano & black seed softgels, and a formulation few suppliers offer.
Best for: differentiated supplement lines, brands already selling BSO.
Classic presentation
Olive Oil Carrier
The traditional oil-of-oregano format: oregano essential oil in food-grade olive oil. A familiar, proven presentation for retail dropper bottles and private label programs targeting the mainstream oil-of-oregano shelf.
Best for: classic 30 ml retail SKUs, price-positioned lines.
Where the oil comes from
We are transparent about our role: we do not distill oregano essential oil in-house. The essential oil is sourced steam-distilled from qualified Turkish distillers and verified by COA (carvacrol 65%+) before use. Blending with the carrier oil, filling, and labeling are carried out at our own facility in Hatay — the same facility where we cold-press our black seed oil. Every finished batch ships with its blend documentation.

Discuss a Private Label RunOil of Oregano FAQ
What is oil of oregano, and how is it different from oregano essential oil?
Oregano essential oil is a concentrated steam-distilled extract that is not suitable for direct use at full strength. “Oil of oregano” is the diluted, ready-to-use format: the essential oil is blended into a food-grade carrier oil. Our blends use steam-distilled oregano oil — Origanum vulgare or Origanum onites (Turkish oregano), with the species stated on the lot COA — testing at 65%+ carvacrol, diluted in either cold-pressed black seed oil or olive oil.
What is the carvacrol content of your oil of oregano?
The oregano essential oil we blend from tests at 65% carvacrol or higher, verified on the supplier COA for each lot. The carvacrol level of the finished blend depends on the dilution ratio, which is prepared to buyer specification and documented per batch.
Do you distill the oregano essential oil yourselves?
No. The oregano essential oil is sourced steam-distilled from qualified Turkish distillers and verified by COA before use. Blending with the carrier oil, filling, and labeling are carried out at our own facility in Hatay — the same facility where we cold-press our black seed oil.
Which carrier oils are available for the blend?
Two carrier options are offered: our own cold-pressed black seed oil (Nigella sativa), which combines carvacrol from oregano with thymoquinone from black seed in one liquid, or food-grade olive oil for the classic oil-of-oregano presentation. Both carriers are documented on the batch paperwork.
What formats and order quantities are available?
Retail-ready 30 ml and 100 ml bottles (including private label with your branding) and bulk containers for manufacturers. Minimum order quantities and pricing are quoted per run based on format, carrier, and dilution specification — contact us with your requirements.
