What Buyers Should Prepare Before Requesting a Quote

Send the destination market, target volume, preferred packaging, and intended use with your request. This helps us route you into the right commercial path immediately instead of going back and forth on format, documentation, and shipment assumptions.

  • Wholesale case-pack buyers should confirm bottle size and reorder cadence.
  • Bulk buyers should specify whether they need 25L drums, 200L drums, or 1000L IBC totes.
  • Private label buyers should confirm bottle size, target market, and artwork readiness.
  • Import teams should note whether they need USA, EU, or Canada-specific documentation review.

Documents Included in the Order Flow

Every serious procurement workflow depends on document timing. Buyers usually review COA, SDS, and export files before final release, so we keep those steps aligned with production and dispatch planning. Use our import documents guide and COA and lab testing resource when you need a more technical review path.

Typical Lead Times and Shipping Routes

Lead time depends on supply format, packaging, and destination. Wholesale bottle programs can move from Georgia for selected US needs, while bulk drums and IBC totes usually move from Turkey with the complete export documentation package. Teams comparing route speed should also review USA warehouse support and shipping and logistics.

Commercial-scale production capacity is available for recurring wholesale programs, and priority planning can be discussed when reorder schedules need tighter coordination.
